Location: Remote - MUST LIVE IN: San Francisco, Chicago, Boston, NYC
Compensation: Solid Base | Uncapped commission | Huge multi-year upside
I'm partnering with a well-established U.S.-based engineering consultancy known for building world-class, dedicated engineering teams for Fortune 500 and high-growth tech companies. They're looking for a senior enterprise hunter who can close large, complex engineering deals and help shape their outbound motion from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Drive new business expand enterprise accounts
- Sell custom engineering solutions (NOT staff aug)
- Engage CTOs, VPs Eng, Architects & Product Leaders
- Close $250K--$1M deals with 1--6 month cycles
- Leverage support, but primarily hunt using your own network
What They're Looking For
- 10 years selling software engineering solutions into Fortune 500
- Proven success closing $1M enterprise deals
- Deep, activated network you can hit on day one
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar pipelines
- Someone scrappy, strategic, and comfortable building in ambiguity
