Role Description

Qofi is recruiting a Sales Project Lead for a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab. We are open to a range of seniority levels, from experienced sellers to senior go-to-market leaders.

  • We are looking for senior B2B technology sales professionals who want to shape the future of AI in professional sales practice.
  • You will own the subject matter quality of the project: drafting and reviewing technical sales questions, gold-standard answers, and grading rubrics across go-to-market roles including Sales Development (SDR/BDR), Account Executive, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership.
  • You will translate real, multi-step deal scenarios into clear, structured tasks and rubrics, including end-to-end agentic scenarios built from realistic workplace artifacts (discovery notes, email threads, CRM exports, and proposals).
  • You will review and quality-check work submitted by other sales contractors and calibrate the team on quality standards.
  • Comfort with ambiguous, multi-stakeholder deal scenarios and the ability to articulate exactly what separates a strong response from a weak one are important.
  • We will provide training resources and guidelines to help you learn data labeling and question authoring techniques.
  • You must be able to commit at least 15 hours per week for this role.

Employment Details

Qofi members work as independent contractors on project based engagements:

  • You will be engaged as an independent contractor in a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
  • Project contracts can be lengthened, shortened, or ended early depending on needs and performance.
  • Your work at Qofi will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
  • Payments are made weekly via direct deposit based on hours worked.
  • Positions are available now. New hires are able to start immediately.

Qualifications

  • Background in B2B technology or software sales at a recognized company strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in one or more go-to-market roles including Sales Development (SDR/BDR), Account Executive, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership.
  • 5-10+ years of relevant B2B sales experience, with time in a quota-carrying or sales leadership role.
  • Strong background in structured sales methodology and deal execution.
  • Familiarity with a methodology such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message, and with CRM tooling.
  • Ability to translate complex deal scenarios into clear, structured tasks and rubrics.
  • High attention to detail and technical accuracy.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience coaching, enabling, or managing other sellers (project lead responsibility).
