This is a Remote opportunity with the Lincoln, NE territory as the primary focus, covering Eastern Nebraska, Western Iowa, and South Dakota.

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead the growth and adoption of Quadient solutions. This role focuses on helping organizations modernize their customer communications, streamline business processes, and improve operational efficiency.

Compensation

  • Base salary plus commissions
  • Monthly car allowance
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • One-time remote stipend
  • Estimated OTE = $110,000.00

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for Quadient business automation solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT, Operations, Customer Experience leaders).
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored solution presentations aligned with client business objectives.
  • Partner with internal pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and close.
  • Stay current on industry trends and Quadient product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and activity tracking in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • 5 years minimum of successful experience selling to B2B accounts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
