Description

We are seeking a Tech Advisor with 5 years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with MS product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex product issues.
• Perform issue triage via Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Analyze Finance module-related issues and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Provide proactive technical advisory support to customers.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Manage customer engagement with excellent communication skills.
• Partner with MS Product Engineering and FastTrack teams to provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules with strong functional understanding.
• Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting modules.
• Experience in product support engagements is preferred.
