Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist based in Nuremberg, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, you will drive sales strategies, manage client relationships, and execute marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include conducting market research, ensuring exceptional customer service, leading sales initiatives, and delivering product training for clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate QuotCraft's extensive suite of offerings to our target markets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a talent for building relationships across various channels
- Proven expertise in customer service and client relationship management
- Experience in sales and sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to provide clear and effective training to clients on product features and usage
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools, as well as familiarity with marketing strategies
- Previous experience in SaaS, technology, or the contracting industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
