Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a full-time / Part-time basis. The successful candidate will be the organisational backbone of our operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily activities. You will play a crucial role in supporting our team of educators and management, coordinating schedules, and acting as a central point of communication. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a talent for managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate digital calendars, scheduling appointments, virtual meetings, and tutoring sessions for staff and clients.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, handling correspondence via email and other digital channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and organise company documents, including client records, course materials, and internal files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have all the necessary information and a positive initial experience.
- Support basic financial administration tasks, such as tracking expenses or preparing invoices.
- Help to streamline and improve administrative processes to enhance organisational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative, coordinator, or office management role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
- Experience using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Previous experience working within the education or ed-tech sector is desirable but not essential.
