Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about financial data, enjoys working with numbers, and is eager to contribute to business decision-making through insights and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data, including trends, variances, and performance metrics.
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and presentations for management review.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
- Conduct quantitative analysis of investment performance and financial results.
- Monitor economic and business trends that may impact financial decisions.
- Prepare clear written and verbal reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support senior analysts and finance managers with financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Develop dashboards, charts, and visual reports using spreadsheets and financial tools
- Assist with valuation analysis, capital budgeting, and cost analysis as needed
- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as accounting and operations to gather and validate financial information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools and data visualization
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or prior experience in finance or related field
- Knowledge of financial software or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts
Pay: $94,000.00 per year
