Must have:
- We require an Associates degree or higher in an IT- or business-related field such as MIS or Business Management, plus at least six years of relevant experience in technical tool administration involving creating, testing, configuring, updating, manipulating, or scripting applications. - Alternatively, we will consider candidates with at least eight years of relevant experience in technical tool administration involving creating, testing, configuring, updating, manipulating, or scripting applications. - We need experience supporting, configuring, and maintaining technical applications, along with the ability to work collaboratively with vendors and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- We lead and participate in meetings with IT and business partners to understand application needs as new PMOs onboard to ProjectPlace. - We define, document, and assess requirements for completeness, testability, and usability. - We coordinate with vendors to implement necessary application changes and to submit support tickets when issues cannot be resolved internally. - We provide reporting and analysis to monitor support demand for ProjectPlace. - We deliver ongoing support and maintenance for assigned applications. - We create detailed artifacts such as documentation, data flow diagrams, and context diagrams to support system design, development, and implementation. - We evaluate system capacity as well as data archiving and retention needs. - We maintain existing job aids as Planview ProjectPlace is enhanced to ensure alignment with application behavior. - We support the Production Readiness ticketing process. - We troubleshoot issues independently and communicate resolutions to users. - We add, edit, and remove users in ProjectPlace. - We attend monthly webinars to stay current on upcoming system enhancements.
Company:
We are hiring a contractor to support and administer the Planview ProjectPlace application in a fully telecommute role. In this position, we partner with multiple Project Management Offices, the vendor, and our internal project team to support PMO onboarding, migration efforts, system configuration, and process alignment across the ERPMO, IT Platforms, and Business PMOs. The role is a contract assignment with work hours from 9am to 5pm and offers a comprehensive benefits package through our employer, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan, subject to eligibility.
