Job Summary

Title: Network Project Manager Duration: 12-month W2 Contract (potential to extend) Location: 100% Remote Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Central Time Zone) Job Type: Solutions Salary: $40 - $45 per hour Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Education: Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Reconcile information between the client's enterprise managed file transfer solution and the External Data Management (EDM) file exchange registration application. This remediation work is heavily manual, requiring reconciliation of information from multiple enterprise sources, with external labor as the primary cost.
• Perform data analysis to compare/contrast information and correct legacy or erroneous records.
• Utilize ServiceNow's back-end interface (ITSM/ITIL).
• Manage and normalize data manually in Excel.
• Interact with data owners to perform verification tasks, such as confirming file ownership and inquiring about application data extracts.
• Experience with database extracts is a plus.
