Job Summary

This role focuses on the design, development, and implementation of new systems and enhancements through detailed documentation and facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Documentation & Design:
    • Create detailed documentation and diagrams (e.g., data flow diagrams, context diagrams).
    • Facilitate design review sessions to validate solutions.
    • Participate in system design improvement processes.
  • System Analysis & Planning:
    • Review system capacity, data archiving, and retention needs.
    • Prepare project pilot, rollout, contingency, and rollback plans.
    • Conduct impact analysis on projects affecting targeted systems.
  • Product & Vendor Evaluation:
    • Evaluate new products and vendors, providing comparison reports.
  • Requirements Management:
    • Elicit and document moderately complex business and technical requirements.
    • Lead requirements reviews and manage/track progress using standard tools.
    • Provide direction on requirements, feasibility, and cost considerations.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit technical and non-technical requirements.
    • Gather and translate requirements into documentation and user stories using industry-standard tools.
    • Ensure work products adhere to documentation standards, methodologies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration & Metrics:
    • Create metrics by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, monitoring, and auditing system data.
    • Work with other analysts to create and monitor project progress.
    • Take ownership of work tracking and visual management, including dashboard creation.
    • Participate in and run Scrum ceremonies, including story card creation.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

  • ADO experience
  • Experience using AI for process automation

Education and/or Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology, or related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, MIS, Math, Information Systems) and a minimum of six years of related work experience.
  • Alternatively, a minimum of eight years of related work experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Job Details

  • Job Type: Contract
  • Salary: $61.42 - $71.42 per hour
  • Work Hours: 9am to 5pm
