Oracle Fast Formula Developers - Remote

Job Summary

Randstad Digital is seeking two skilled, hands-on Oracle Fast Formula Developers to join our team. This is a well-established, highly organized, and robustly resourced program executing a massive-scale rollout. With a pipeline of roughly 100 formulas to develop across a broad functional spectrum, we need technical experts who thrive in high-volume environments and take pride in clean, pragmatic architecture.

In this role, you will be well-supported by knowledgeable leadership and will leverage modern development processes, including AI tooling, to maximize efficiency.

• Location: 100% Remote / Telecommute
• Job Type: Contract
• Salary: $90 - 95 per hour
• Work Hours: 8am to 5pm
• Education: Bachelors

Core Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, translating functional designs into solid technical specifications and architecture.
• Development & Config: Hands-on development, configuration, and optimization of a broad and diverse set of Oracle Fast Formulas.
• Testing & Quality: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure all formulas perform accurately under high-volume scenarios.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with functional teams, technical architects, and peer developers to ensure alignment with overall program goals.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

• Extensive, proven experience building and architecting complex Oracle Fast Formulas.
• The capability to independently bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical execution.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume development environment.
• Familiarity with or openness to utilizing AI-assisted development tools to speed up delivery.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications

• Experience working within Oracle HCM environments.
• Prior experience in the Healthcare industry.
