ServiceNow Developer

Requirements

Must have:

• We need a bachelors degree.
• We are looking for 4 years of development experience in ServiceNow.
• We require hands-on experience with REST APIs and API development.
• We need proven ability to build solutions in ServiceNow.
• We prefer experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript.
• We require experience with Strategic Portfolio Management / Strategic Planning Workspace.
• We strongly prefer familiarity with Legal Service Delivery.
• We value exposure to IRM/GRC and work adjacent to the CMDB.
• We expect knowledge of REST API OAuth.

Responsibilities:

• We collaborate with fellow developers to deliver API integrations.
• We troubleshoot and resolve bugs according to team lead priorities.
• We keep our active user stories updated in ServiceNow.
• We build and refine flows and modules in ServiceNow.
• We participate in daily stand-up meetings with the team.
• We work with our Architect to design solutions that address business challenges.
• We stay available on call for occasional system issues.
• We support out-of-the-box and near out-of-the-box ServiceNow solutions.

Company:

We are a remote-first team serving a West Michigan client, with this role based in a telecommute setup and occasional travel to Grand Rapids preferred. This is a contract opportunity with standard hours from 8am to 5pm.
