Technical Operations Analyst (Early Shift)

Job Summary

Perform data management workflows. Apply predefined acceptance and quality criteria to guarantee the integrity of financial data sets.

• Location: Telecommute
• Job Type: Contract
• Salary: $31 - 36 per hour
• Work Hours: 6am to 3pm
• Education: Bachelors

Key Responsibilities

• Databoost workflow support, MDE config support, Orca support
• Execute high-volume data workflows daily, using step-by-step one-books
• Apply predefined quality and acceptance criteria
• Operate within systems like Unix shell, SQL, BigQuery, and others
• Respond to push alerts and execute defined tasks in real-time
• Escalate only when needed; most tasks should be handled independently via one-books
• Do not deviate from one-books - compliance is critical

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and/or prior work experience in Technical Operations/Data Analysis (e.g., Data Operations, Systems Support, Data Analyst, Process Engineer, Network Admin, etc.)
• Advanced English verbal and written communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Exposure to Bash, Python or other similar languages, comfortable with spreadsheets and numbers
