Work Environment
This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, offering a balance of flexibility and collaboration. You will be expected to be in the office 3 days per week, averaging 12 days per month, at our St. Petersburg, FL or Memphis, TN locations.
Role Overview
This leadership role will oversee the team of Tech Consultants in the Transitions Management department.
Responsibilities
- Oversee an operational area with guidance from senior colleagues, involving responsibility for development or delivery.
- Contribute to annual and longer-term business plans, forecast performance against KPIs, develop business cases, and estimate resource requirements.
- Communicate strategy and business plans to the team, motivating staff to achieve local business goals and align with the organization's mission.
- Manage and report on the performance of a diverse team, setting objectives and holding individuals accountable.
- Manage day-to-day service operations and develop work schedules that coordinate across multiple teams.
- Identify shortcomings in business practices, suggest improvements, and implement changes within the change management program.
- Develop procedures, interpret policies, and monitor implementation to achieve specified outputs.
- Recommend changes to policies, processes, and standards to improve operational support.
- Develop and deliver plans for internal communications and risk management/control processes.
- Develop and deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Identify team development needs, provide coaching, and implement training to build professional capabilities.
- Monitor performance and behaviors to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory codes.
