MarTech Software Developer (Adobe MarTech / Adobe Analytics)
Location: Duluth, GA (Hybrid -- 2 Days Onsite Weekly)
Duration: 12+ Months
Experience Required: 8--10+ Years
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MarTech Software Developer with expertise in Adobe MarTech ecosystems, Adobe Analytics, cloud-native development, API engineering, and data platforms. This role will support enterprise marketing technology initiatives powering customer engagement, personalization, loyalty, CRM, and AI-driven digital marketing capabilities.
The ideal candidate will bring strong backend engineering, cloud platform, data pipeline, and marketing platform integration experience.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native microservices and APIs using:
- Java 21
- Spring Boot 3.x
- ReactJS
- Deploy and support applications on:
- Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
- GKE / Docker / Kubernetes
- Build scalable services supporting:
- Customer engagement
- CRM platforms
- Loyalty solutions
- Journey orchestration
- Marketing automation initiatives
Data Engineering & Platform Development
- Design and maintain data pipelines using:
- BigQuery
- Apache Airflow / Cloud Composer
- Dataform
- Pub/Sub messaging
- Build aggregations, transformations, and scalable marketing data workflows
- Optimize low-latency database architectures with SLA-driven performance targets
Database Engineering
- Design and optimize data models in:
- MongoDB
- PostgreSQL / Cloud SQL
- Ensure high-performance query design and scalable serving architectures
MarTech Platform Integration
- Build integrations with enterprise marketing platforms including:
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Oracle Responsys
- Oracle Unity CDP
- SAS
- Support customer data platform and campaign orchestration initiatives
AI Innovation
- Contribute to AI-enabled MarTech solutions using:
- LangChain
- Gemini Pro
- Agentic architectures
- FastAPI
- Redis Streams
Quality Engineering & DevOps
- Maintain engineering quality standards including:
- 90%+ unit test coverage
- Secure coding practices
- Checkmarx compliance
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using:
- GitLab
- Jenkins
- ArgoCD
- Spinnaker
- Support:
- Release planning
- Production readiness
- Deployment automation
Monitoring & Reliability
- Monitor and support applications using:
- Prometheus
- Grafana
- Dynatrace
- Google Cloud Logging
- Participate in rotational 24x7 on-call support
Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Product Managers
- Solution Architects
- QA / QE teams
- Journey Operations teams
- SRE teams
- Operate within Agile / SAFe delivery environments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8--10+ years of software engineering experience
