The Opportunity

Join a growing remote team where your day centers on inbound phone conversations with families who have requested information about life insurance.

You will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, explain options in clear and simple language, and guide clients toward a confident next step. If you are naturally helpful, calm on the phone, and consistent with follow-up, you will thrive in this role.

Core Functions

  • Speak with prospective clients via phone (inbound leads --- individuals who requested information)
  • Build rapport quickly and complete a needs assessment to understand goals, budget, and coverage gaps
  • Clearly explain coverage options so clients can compare choices with confidence
  • Recommend next steps and support decision-making without pressure
  • Follow up consistently (text, phone, and/or email as applicable) to maintain momentum and answer questions
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, tasks, and documentation to ensure organized client records

What You'll Bring

  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and building trust with new people
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to explain information simply
  • Reliable follow-through, strong time management, and attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service, teaching, hospitality, retail, healthcare support, or consultative sales is helpful (not required)
  • Comfort using basic technology (CRM systems, Zoom/Teams, email, calendars)
  • No prior industry experience required --- full training provided

  • Comfortable working on the phone for extended periods

Compensation

This is a performance-based role.

Total compensation typically falls within the posted range for full-time representatives who remain consistent with activity, follow-up, documentation, and client engagement.

Earnings are driven by performance metrics such as activity, conversion, and retention --- supported by coaching and proven systems.
