Red Flask is hiring sales associates to help us grow. We're looking for college students and recent grads who want real B2B sales experience and the chance to earn serious commission while they get it.

About Red Flask

We're an AI and automation provider. Small and mid-size businesses come to us buried in manual work --- leads slipping through the cracks, orders getting copy-pasted between systems, customers churning because nobody followed up. We build intelligent systems that fix all of that.

Our team has built infrastructure for some of the largest organizations in the world. Now we're bringing that depth to growing businesses that need it most.

What you'll do

• Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Engage with inbound leads from our website and marketing channels
• Run short discovery conversations to understand each business and qualify fit
• Hand qualified leads to our founders for the full consultation
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up consistently

Compensation

Commission-based with generous percentages on every deal you help close. No cap. Strong performers can earn meaningfully --- we'd rather pay you well for results than pay you a small base to show up.

This is a contractor role. Flexible hours, no required schedule, you control how and when you work. You're responsible for your own taxes; we'll send the forms at year-end.

Who we're looking for

You're probably a fit if you:

• Can hold a real conversation with a business owner without sounding like a script
• Aren't afraid to pick up the phone
• Follow through --- leads die without it
• Are curious about business, AI, or building things
• Are persistent without being pushy

You don't need:

• Prior sales experience
• A business or tech major
• To know anything about AI yet

Relevant majors and backgrounds

This role is a great fit for students and recent grads studying Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Management, Business Administration, MIS (Management Information Systems), or any major where you've developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. We've seen great salespeople come from every background --- including liberal arts, psychology, and engineering.

Work authorization

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Red Flask does not offer visa sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship, for this position.
