I have a client that's building one of the most interesting B2B AI-driven learning platforms in the market, and they're looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships to take their partner ecosystem to the next level.
This is a high-impact leadership role where partnerships already drive a significant portion of revenue --- and they want someone who can scale it.
What they need:
- Proven experience leading revenue-generating partnerships teams
- Strong background in B2B SaaS / ecosystem / alliances
- Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and coach a team of 7 Strategic Partner Managers
- Own and grow key partnerships across LMS, HR tech, and SaaS platforms
- Drive real revenue through partner channels (not just relationships)
- Act as a player/coach --- jump into deals, strategy, and exec-level conversations
- Help evolve and scale the entire partner program
