Director of Strategic Partnerships

100% Remote (U.S. or Canada)

$180K--$200K base + 30% Bonus Tied to Revenue

25% Travel

I have a client that's building one of the most interesting B2B AI-driven learning platforms in the market, and they're looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships to take their partner ecosystem to the next level.

This is a high-impact leadership role where partnerships already drive a significant portion of revenue --- and they want someone who can scale it.

What they need:

  • Proven experience leading revenue-generating partnerships teams
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS / ecosystem / alliances
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and coach a team of 7 Strategic Partner Managers
  • Own and grow key partnerships across LMS, HR tech, and SaaS platforms
  • Drive real revenue through partner channels (not just relationships)
  • Act as a player/coach --- jump into deals, strategy, and exec-level conversations
  • Help evolve and scale the entire partner program
