Job description

Remote Club is looking for a senior sales professional based in the United States who already has experience selling technology services and building relationships within the startup and tech ecosystem.

This is NOT an entry-level sales role. We are looking for someone who already knows how to open doors, create opportunities, and build commercial relationships with technology companies.

Location

Candidates must currently reside in one of the following cities:

  • Miami, Florida
  • Houston, Texas
  • Austin, Texas
  • New York, New York

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Generating new business opportunities with startups, scale-ups, and technology companies across the U.S.
  • Selling Nearshore Software Development, AI Engineering, Staff Augmentation, and Custom Development Services.
  • Building strategic partnerships with technology ecosystems, accelerators, venture-backed startups, and Big Tech partners.
  • Creating and managing your own pipeline through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events, conferences, and outbound outreach.
  • Attending technology events and converting relationships into qualified opportunities.
  • Opening new markets and helping scale our commercial presence in the U.S.

Required Experience

  • Must have worked for a software company, SaaS company, technology consulting firm, software development agency, IT services company, or a fast-growing startup.
  • Proven experience generating new business through outbound prospecting.
  • Existing network of technology decision-makers, founders, CTOs, CIOs, VP Engineering, Product Leaders, or startup executives.
  • Experience attending technology events and generating measurable business results from those activities.
  • Strong understanding of software development services, AI solutions, cloud technologies, or staff augmentation models.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.

Strong Preference

Candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Existing client relationships.
  • Active technology network.
  • Experience selling software development services.
  • Experience building partnerships with AWS, Microsoft, Google, or startup ecosystems.
