About the Opportunity
The Jr/Mid/Senior/Staff Software Engineer, Applications role involves contributing to the development of current and future products within application teams. The position focuses on building features that empower medical technology sales teams and enhance how medical technologies reach patients. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions and improve product performance, playing a key part in advancing the organization's impact in the MedTech field.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, product managers, and designers to develop solutions to real-world challenges.
- Develop key features and workflows that impact patients awaiting new medical technologies.
- Utilize data insights to enhance products, resolve performance issues, and identify new opportunities.
- Contribute to improving team processes and culture.
- Explore and implement new tools and technologies for scalability and efficiency.
- Mentor less experienced engineers.
- Employ agentic AI development tools to push technological boundaries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a software engineer in a product domain.
- Strong focus on meeting customer needs in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
- Proficiency in full stack development with technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, Postgres or other relational databases, BigQuery, and Google Cloud services or equivalent.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and work with new technologies.
- Empathetic team player who leads by example.
- Eligible work permit in the USA.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Base salary ranges by level:
- Junior: $105,000 - $150,000
- Mid: $155,000 - $185,000
- Senior: $190,000 - $250,000
- Staff: $250,000 - $300,000
Compensation considers location, role scope, experience, expertise, and market data.
