About the Opportunity

The Client Support Associate role involves engaging with individuals who have requested information about available benefits. The position is responsible for guiding conversations, answering questions, and providing a professional, seamless experience to build strong client relationships. This role contributes by facilitating client onboarding and ongoing support, thereby enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom
• Walk individuals and families through available programs
• Answer questions and guide clients through next steps
• Support clients through onboarding and ongoing communication
• Maintain simple digital records and manage scheduling
• Provide professional, client-focused service at all times
• Participate in training, mentorship, and development sessions

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Laptop or computer with camera and reliable internet
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented

Pay Range and Compensation Package
