About the Opportunity:

The Senior Human Resources Representative supports the HR Business Partner Community of Practice by delivering functional HR services that advance strategic business initiatives. This role plays a key part in supporting the US-based HR Business Partner team and collaborates with senior HR leadership to ensure consistent HR service delivery. The position transforms complex data and HR content into clear visuals and supports talent strategies, workforce planning, and various HR programs. It contributes to standardizing processes and driving HR community learning and enablement, enhancing HR effectiveness across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Aggregate and analyze metrics such as attrition, diversity, performance, and survey data to produce actionable reports for HR Business Partners
  • Transform technical and complex HR content into clear, visual formats for effective communication
  • Collaborate with Compensation and HR Business Partners to support Annual Compensation programs and the Annual Talent Assessment process
  • Develop frameworks to standardize HR processes across functions in partnership with HR Business Partner teams
  • Manage the cadence, agenda, and coordination of Global HR Business Partner meetings and lead the Community of Practice annual learning series
  • Integrate AI insights and innovations into HR practices and workflows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent
  • Ability to identify trends and themes within data to inform business decisions
  • Strong collaboration skills across various organizational levels
  • Ability to work independently with discretion
  • Proficiency in business analytics, including Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle HRMS
  • Effective organizational and communication skills in diverse corporate environments

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • For US-based candidates, the base salary ranges from $96,400 to $173,600 per year, determined by factors such as experience, skills, certifications, and location
  • Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary
