About the Opportunity
The Technical Associate Product Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing the roadmap for the organization's fastest-growing product line, Ascend. This hands-on position involves collaborating with multiple teams to deliver new features, improve workflows, and ensure successful product launches. The role is crucial for defining the future direction of the product, making a meaningful impact on healthcare technology offerings.
Responsibilities
- Support roadmap planning and execution for core Ascend initiatives.
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design through discovery, development, launch, and iteration.
- Prioritize backlog items based on impact, effort, and business goals.
- Coordinate execution across Product, Data, Commercial, and Customer Success teams.
- Monitor product performance and adoption metrics; provide insights and recommendations.
- Collect feedback from internal teams and customers to guide feature improvements.
- Maintain product documentation, release notes, and enablement materials.
- Support user acceptance testing, rollout readiness, and post-launch follow-up.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of product management experience or equivalent in product operations, analytics, consulting, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in writing requirements and collaborating with technical teams.
- Ability to interpret data and translate metrics into actionable insights.
- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive and adaptable to a fast-evolving, high-growth environment.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
- The base salary range for this role is $85,000-$130,000.
- Final salary will depend on skills, experience, and location, with consideration for team parity and future growth potential.
