What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage high call volumes by taking inbound and making outbound calls
  • Assist customers by finding solutions and providing support
  • Maintain composure and efficiency while multitasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Ensure punctuality and great attendance throughout employment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Must be available for shifts between 8:00am - 12:00am ET
  • Minimum typing speed of 25-30 words per minute
  • Strong computer skills in a Windows-based environment
  • Must pass a post-offer/pre-employment background check
  • Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic
