What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Handle customer calls and correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries
- Generate and promote Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers
- Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships
- Utilize a computerized system for tracking contacts and troubleshooting customer needs
- Initiate outbound customer service calls for various campaigns
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of phone sales experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in using a computer and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
