What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
- Screen and manage the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses to communications
- Provide executive administrative support for projects, including analyses and documentation
- Plan and organize meetings, and take notes to report back to the CEO
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company and executive information
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
- At least 10 years of administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience in developing presentations and materials suitable for client and executive management
