What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Build and maintain accurate caregiver schedules across multiple counties
• Respond promptly to schedule changes, call-outs, or missed clock-ins
• Answer calls from caregivers and clients through the VoIP system
• Update client and caregiver records in WellSky
• Collaborate with the Scheduling Manager and Operations team to address staffing needs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Experience in scheduling within healthcare or home care
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Proactive problem-solver who can think quickly and act confidently
• Comfortable working with systems, tools, and remote communication
• Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with caregivers and clients

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in a remote scheduling role
• Familiarity with WellSky or similar scheduling software
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
• Experience in the home care industry
