Accounts Payable Specialist (Entry Level)

This is an entry-level Accounts Payable Specialist position located in Tigard, OR, offering a full-time, hybrid work schedule (2-3 days onsite) and a pay rate of $25-$26/hour.

Responsibilities

• Processing and reviewing invoices
• Reconciling vendor statements
• Handling vendor inquiries
• Preparing check runs
• Maintaining accurate AP records
• Assisting with month-end close

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Effective communication skills
• Teamwork skills
