About the Role
We are currently hiring for new Provider Liaisons to support our newly contracted medical providers remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide providers through VA rating criteria, Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) worksheets, and portal usage.
- Review reports and facilitate training expansion.
- Conduct new provider orientations.
- Analyze initial reports and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct retraining as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with various internal departments.
Work Schedule & Requirements
- Must work 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
- Company-provided equipment and home office setup are required.
Qualifications
- Associate degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year of VES Quality Analyst experience.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Compensation & Eligibility
- Salary: $23.00 - $30.30 per hour.
- Applicants must be US citizens or Green Card holders.
- Must reside in the continental US.
