Remote Soil Health Specialist

We are seeking a Soil Health Specialist to promote regenerative agriculture solutions to growers, landscapers, and turf managers across North Dakota. This remote role requires residing within the territory. Key responsibilities include hosting weekly grower meetings, driving attendance through outreach, and presenting soil health concepts to groups of 5--20 growers. The role involves collaborating with sales teams, serving as the main contact for grower engagement, maintaining CRM data, and participating in team and training activities. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with experience working directly with farmers, proficient in CRM tools, and passionate about sustainable agriculture. Qualifications include strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel regionally. Knowledge of soil health and regenerative practices is preferred but trainable.
