Mid-Level Associate
FIG-Asset Management/M&A
Location: New York
The FIG M&A practice based in the New York office is looking for a mid-level associate (i.e., class of 2020-2018) with strong M&A and corporate experience. Experience in, and an understanding of, the asset management and/or private funds industry is a plus.
This associate will focus on a wide range of market-leading M&A and corporate transactions involving public and private asset management firms. A high level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience are required.
Compensation
The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $310,000-$390,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
