Role Overview
The Banking group in the New York office is seeking mid-level associates (Class of 2020-2021) with general finance experience.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, and credit agreements.
- Managing other loan documentation.
- Utilizing UCC experience.
- Applying general corporate experience.
Qualifications
- High level of academic achievement.
- Solid law firm experience preferred.
Compensation
The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $225,000 and $250,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
