The US Employment Practice seeks a mid-level associate to join our Employment practice. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience with employment litigation and counseling, including drafting pleadings and conducting discovery. Candidates with traditional labor law, OSHA, and/or transactional experience are preferred.

Requirements

  • Must work from the New York, Philadelphia or Northern Virginia office
  • Must be admitted to the Bar of the state in which they work
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Member of the Bar in the United States

Compensation

The annualized salary range for this position is $260,000 to $390,000, depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hours-based bonus. In addition, full-time employees as well as some part-time employees will be eligible for the firm's fringe benefits as they currently exist.
