Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll help expand Rimol's presence by building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and promoting our market-leading greenhouse products across a territory comprised of multiple states. This is a remote position with the expectation of travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Territory Development: Take the lead in expanding Rimol's presence in your region of the U.S., leveraging your expertise and understanding of the local market to identify new opportunities for growth. Attract and secure new customers by completing and following up on quote requests, attending trade shows and industry events, and making in-person sales calls.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and sell Rimol products to new and existing customers. Highlight Rimol's reputation for manufacturing the strongest structures on the market, emphasizing the durability and reliability of our products to resonate with the values of growers.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and cultivate relationships with new prospects and existing customers, demonstrating the value of Rimol's robust greenhouse structures and providing tailored solutions to meet their specific needs. Follow through with timely responses to quote requests and customer questions.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with our existing sales team to share insights, coordinate efforts, and ensure a cohesive approach to serving customers and driving sales in the region. Collaborate with office and factory staff responsible for customer service, accounting, purchasing, fabrication, shipping and marketing to ensure a smooth end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in your territory, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making and product development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with experience in the greenhouse, agricultural or horticultural sectors highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within sales territory.
