About RingPilot
RingPilot is looking for motivated appointment setters and sales reps to help us expand our AI-powered revenue systems for roofing and service businesses. We help businesses generate more leads, answer calls using AI receptionists, automate follow-up, improve lead conversion, and stop revenue from slipping through the cracks.
This is a remote opportunity with uncapped earning potential and monthly residual income opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Reaching out to business owners (mainly roofing companies)
- Starting conversations through calls, Instagram DMs, Facebook, email, etc.
- Booking qualified appointments onto our calendar
- Following up with leads before appointments to increase show rates
- Helping us grow RingPilot nationwide
Compensation
- $10 per appointment that successfully joins the call
- 2% monthly residual commission on every closed client you bring in
- Clients typically range from $3,000--$7,000/month retainers
- Performance bonuses available as we scale
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners
- Self-motivated individuals
- Sales or appointment setting experience is a plus (not required)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up
- Hungry to grow with a fast-moving company
This is NOT a typical corporate sales role. We're building modern AI and marketing systems for real businesses and looking for people who want to grow with us long-term.
