Customer Service Representative - Hybrid Role in Exton, PA

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a team in Exton, Pennsylvania. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working onsite three days a week and remotely for two days. As a Contract to permanent opportunity, this role provides an excellent path for career growth and stability.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
• Accurately process and manage order entries, ensuring all details are recorded correctly.
• Maintain clear and detail-oriented communication with clients to address their concerns and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of customer requests and orders.
• Utilize company systems and tools to track and manage customer interactions effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Strong skills in handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Familiarity with order entry processes and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• High level of organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management tools.
• Must pass background and drug screenings prior to employment.
