Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry Level Recruiter / Sourcer to support the hiring needs of a dental organization in Las Vegas. This contract-to-hire position is ideal for individuals who excel at identifying talent, developing candidate pipelines, and guiding applicants through the initial stages of the recruitment process. You will play a key role in team growth by managing research, outreach, screening, and candidate engagement within a dynamic environment. While based in Las Vegas, this role is fully remote, with a weekly on-site meeting at the corporate office with the HR & Recruitment team.
Responsibilities
- Develop talent pipelines by leveraging job boards, recruiting platforms, and industry networks to find candidates with relevant experience for open positions.
- Review applications and resumes to assess alignment with role requirements, experience, and overall potential fit.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications, communication skills, and interest in opportunities.
- Post job openings on various online recruiting channels, including Jobvite, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools, to broaden candidate reach.
- Enhance employer brand by engaging potential candidates via social media and other digital outreach methods.
- Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure an organized, efficient, and compliant recruitment process.
- Stay current with recruiting best practices, hiring standards, and compliance regulations related to talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruiting or candidate sourcing, preferably in the dental, healthcare, or a similar industry.
- Proficiency with online recruiting tools such as Jobvite, Indeed, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Skilled in screening candidates through interviews, assessing both job qualifications and cultural fit.
- Comfortable using social media and digital platforms to attract talent and promote career opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with candidates and colleagues.
- Capable of managing responsibilities independently while also working effectively within a team.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
