Job Opportunity: Mid-Level Java Developer (Direct Hire, Remote)
Robert Half is seeking a Mid-Level Java Developer for a permanent, direct-hire position. This is a 100% remote opportunity for candidates residing in Iowa, Illinois, or Missouri, with periodic travel to the Des Moines office required. Preference will be given to candidates in the Des Moines, Iowa area.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of Java development experience. Ideally 5-8 years.
- Front-End Skills: Experience with UI/UX development, front-end web page design. Familiarity with JavaScript, Angular, or React is a plus.
- Accessibility: Background in web accessibility development for external-facing applications and websites.
- Backend Skills: Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Web Development: General web development experience.
- Education: A 2-year or 4-year degree is preferred (Computer Science or similar).
- Authorization: Must be EAD, Green Card holder, or US Citizen. No sponsorship, C2C, H1-B, or F1/OPT.
