About the Role
Robert Half is seeking a dedicated Legal Sales Representative for a long-term contract, 100% remote position. You will be the primary contact for individuals seeking legal assistance, confidently presenting the firm's services, conducting consultations, and closing retainers with empathy and professionalism. This role involves close collaboration with attorneys and intake staff for seamless client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting scheduled consultations with prospective clients via phone, Zoom, and occasional in-person meetings.
- Confidently presenting and closing high-value legal retainers.
- Clearly and persuasively explaining the firm's legal services.
- Tracking leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Meeting or exceeding daily, monthly, and quarterly sales and performance goals.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and prospect records.
- Collaborating with attorneys and intake staff to support smooth client onboarding.
- Participating in weekly sales training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Continuously improving performance through feedback, coaching, and metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales closing experience (selling legal services preferred).
- Strong phone and video-based sales skills.
- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence when speaking with individuals in sensitive situations.
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with strong time-management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, professional home-office environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and virtual communication tools.
- Competitive, coachable, and metrics-driven mindset.
- Ability to consistently manage a full day of calls and virtual meetings.
