A well-established and growing California plaintiff trial firm is seeking a Plaintiff Lemon Law Attorney with 2 years of litigation experience to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys advocacy while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Unlike many high-volume practices, this firm intentionally maintains a manageable caseload, allowing attorneys to provide exceptional client service without burnout.
What You'll Do
- Manage a caseload of California Lemon Law matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Attend court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences.
- Negotiate favorable resolutions for clients.
- Collaborate with experienced trial attorneys and support staff.
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license.
- 2 years of civil litigation experience.
- Plaintiff-side Lemon Law experience is preferred, but candidates with strong litigation experience and an interest in the practice area are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with the team.

Requirements
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- At least 2 years of experience in litigation, preferably in civil litigation or plaintiff-side matters.
- Demonstrated ability to manage discovery, support depositions, and contribute to motion practice and trial preparation.
- Strong legal writing skills, including experience drafting motions, briefs, and other court filings.
- Comfortable handling frequent client communication with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Able to thrive in a team-oriented, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Spanish language skills are preferred but not required.
