Description

A recognized regional law firm in Seattle is seeking an experienced Defense Litigation Attorney to join their team, handling a caseload of product liability matters related to injuries from asbestos, benzene or silica exposure.

The salary range for the role is 145-185k base with additional structured bonus earnings on a standard billable target of 1800. The firm offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance, unlimited PTO, 401k plus company match, transportation benefits and other perks.

They offer a flexible hybrid work structure, allowing attorneys to regularly work-from-home weekly if desired.

Equity and Non-Equity Partnership available on a shortened track for those with prior experience.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • 3+ years practicing as an Attorney in Washington State, with some experience handling Insurance Defense Litigation in an area of personal injury or product liability.
  • Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials
  • Active Washington Bar license, in good standing
  • Strong motions practice and legal writing skills
  • Experience in deposition, mediations, arbitrations and trial, preferred
