This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle and building talent pipelines for construction, industrial, technical, and manufacturing roles. The person in this role will partner with hiring leaders to identify talent needs, attract candidates with relevant experience, and support a consistent hiring experience from sourcing through onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end hiring activities for a variety of positions, from intake discussions through offer coordination and start-date follow-up.
  • Develop candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and direct outreach to reach both active and passive talent.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, refine position profiles, and align recruiting strategies with business priorities.
  • Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and present strong candidates with clear summaries of experience and fit.

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure recruiting documentation is current and compliant.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Support background screening steps, including review processes when required for the role.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience, including ownership of full-cycle hiring activities.
  • Prior success recruiting for construction, industrial, technical, or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience handling both direct sourcing and high-volume recruitment demands.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and job boards.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches at the same time.
