Senior Salesforce Developer - PERM FTE

Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Iowa or Dallas, TX or Austin, TX)

About the Role: Join a national acquisition mode company experiencing explosive growth! We are building a brand-new team and seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a permanent, full-time position. This is a unique opportunity to drive Salesforce innovation across large-scale projects while keeping your technical edge sharp with hands-on APEX coding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom Salesforce features on enterprise-level, Salesforce-centric projects.
  • Design and implement data-driven Salesforce engineering solutions, transforming user stories into impactful features.
  • Serve as the go-to technical expert, spearheading code reviews and advising on best practices for complex multi-org environments.
  • Make architecture recommendations, building robust, scalable solutions with every Salesforce delivery.

Must-Haves:

  • Extensive hands-on Salesforce Development experience, including:
    • Custom APEX coding
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Declarative tools (workflows/flows)
  • Expertise with Salesforce Clouds (preferably Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, & Experience Cloud)
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce data storage and API limitations.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps best practices and deployment processes.
  • 10+ years of Salesforce development experience across complex, large-scale environments.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Platform Event Architecture (Pub/Sub frameworks), Data Cloud, and Agentforce AI.
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder, Developer, or Architect Certifications.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $150,000 - $160,000
  • Total Compensation: Up to $175,000 including an annual bonus (15%)
