Position: Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Remote, Full-Time | Direct Hire Salary: $90-110K base annual salary + excellent benefits

We're seeking a mid-level Site Reliability Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering and operations. In this role, you'll own the reliability of production systems used by thousands of end users, working closely with engineers to build resilient architectures, automate everything possible, and continuously improve system health.

What you'll work on

• Automating infrastructure, deployments, scaling, and recovery in a public cloud environment
• Designing and evolving monitoring, alerting, logging, and performance visibility
• Collaborating with software teams to design highly available, fault-tolerant systems
• Owning incident response end-to-end and driving long-term reliability improvements
• Balancing performance, availability, and cloud costs through smart optimization
• Embedding security and operational best practices into daily workflows

What we're looking for

• 3--5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure roles
• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms and cloud networking
• Strong automation mindset (IaC, CI/CD, scripted workflows)
• Experience supporting always-on, customer-facing systems
• Comfortable taking ownership in a small, experienced team
