Internal Opportunity: Talent Manager -- Administrative & Customer Support (ACS)

We are excited to share an internal opportunity for a Talent Manager supporting our Administrative & Customer Support (ACS) practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of sales, recruiting, and relationship management, and wants to directly impact both candidate careers and branch success. The Talent Manager plays a critical role in growing the business by recruiting strong talent, driving placements, and maintaining high levels of engagement with contract employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, and place administrative and customer support professionals with client organizations
  • Drive sales activity through candidate marketing, outbound calls, and redeployment efforts
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and placeable candidates
  • Partner closely with Practice Directors to identify opportunities and fill open job orders
  • Conduct candidate qualification calls, interview prep, and career coaching
  • Manage ongoing relationships with contract employees through regular check-ins and performance management
  • Own redeployment strategy to maximize associate retention and hours worked
  • Manage onboarding steps including background checks, drug screens, and start coordination
  • Meet activity and production goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Talent Manager -- Administrative & Customer Support (ACS)

Job Summary

Our Talent Managers work in a team environment and have responsibility for developing and growing business with new and current clients. Talent Managers market our services via telephone, video, and in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers supporting administrative, customer support, and office operations functions. Additional responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, and matching highly skilled Administrative and Customer Support professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-permanent opportunities; managing ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates; providing ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates; and participating in local networking events to increase Robert Half's presence in the local business community.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and networking
  • Market top talent to clients to drive placements and expand business opportunities
  • Manage ongoing consultant relationships including performance check-ins and redeployment efforts
  • Provide interview preparation and career guidance to candidates
  • Partner with Practice Directors to prioritize job orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Meet activity and production goals in a metrics-driven environment
  • Build long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Participate in team collaboration to support branch growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or working in a metrics-driven environment preferred
  • Prior success working in a fast-paced environment requiring strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to market candidates and build detail-oriented relationships
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Knowledge or familiarity with administrative, customer support, or office operations functions preferred
  • Positive attitude and a detail-oriented, engaging approach
