A growing financial firm is seeking a talented User Experience (UX) Designer for a long-term contract role. This position focuses on creating and optimizing landing pages to drive user engagement and improve conversion rates globally. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team, applying your design expertise to deliver user-centric solutions for diverse audiences. This is a remote role, requiring 20-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Design and enhance landing pages using Figma to maximize user engagement and conversion rates.
Respond to Jira tickets and collaborate with Project Managers on requested landing page changes.
Collaborate with global teams to tailor designs for specific cultural and regional preferences.
Update and iterate on existing landing pages based on performance metrics and testing insights.
Maintain and expand a cohesive design system for landing page templates in Figma.
Ensure multilingual accessibility by adapting content for languages such as Japanese and Arabic.
Regularly review landing page performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Incorporate direct response marketing strategies into design work to drive measurable results.
Propose and implement innovative ideas to improve user experience and functionality.
Participate in weekly team meetings to align on project goals and updates.

Requirements

Required:

Proven UX/UI design experience, with specific examples of working with design systems.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
Experience with Framer.
Familiarity with Auto Layout in Figma.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design improvements.
Knowledge of global design trends and the ability to adapt designs for international markets.
Attention to detail, focusing on high-quality work and meeting deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Jira.
Experience with direct response marketing and conversion rate optimization.
Experience in the financial services industry.
