ColdFusion Full Stack Development Manager

Requirements

Must have:

• Highly skilled in ColdFusion (2021+)
• Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL Server
• Familiar with ColdSpring, FW/1, dependency injection, AOP, JSON, Python, and service-oriented architecture
• Comfortable in an immersive JavaScript environment, including client/server communication and controllers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills
• Quick to adapt to new systems and technologies
• Innovation-driven with a curiosity for emerging tech and the ability to evaluate tool effectiveness
• Experienced in testing features and adhering to naming conventions and best practices
• Possess a positive attitude
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ColdFusion and 2 years with a ColdFusion framework
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in JavaScript

Responsibilities:

• Write and deploy code using ColdFusion, front-end JavaScript, and SQL Server that contributes immediately to our operations
• Create innovative solutions based on direct input from team members
• Modernize our technology stack and evaluate new tools to enhance our development process
• Actively participate in planning project and business requirements to influence the creative process
• Design and implement features within a clear and modern code architecture
• Work autonomously within a supportive team structure and flexible work hours, fully remote without travel obligations
