Role Summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking an experienced energy contracts professional to help power the next generation of hyperscale data center campuses with reliable, clean, and cost-effective energy. As Energy Supply Contract Lead, you will manage the post-execution operation of Rowan's power and on site generation (OSG) agreements and shape how Rowan procures clean energy at scale.

You will run vendor and contract management across the portfolio, tracking key dates, obligations, renewals, and credit triggers, leading compliance across deliverables and filings, and owning working-level counterparty engagement on amendments and contract changes. You will build the OSG and clean energy procurement analytics that shape how Rowan structures supply, fuel delivery, and delivery economics, screen contract drafts against market terms, and provide structuring support as Rowan expands its clean energy footprint. You will also own the contract and environmental-attribute data behind ESG and clean energy reporting, partnering with Sustainability and Finance on reporting cycles and external disclosures.
