You've been hitting quota for a few years. The deals are good, but the ceiling is the ceiling. If that's where you are, here's the seat.

A commercial building products manufacturer is hiring a national accounts seller. This is a remote role based anywhere in Texas. You will be selling to facilities VPs, real estate owners, and specifying architects across hospitality, healthcare, education, airports, retail, and commercial real estate.

These are long cycles, real money, and multi-stakeholder deals. As this is manufacturer-direct, you own the account end-to-end.

  • Sophisticated sale to organizational leaders, not maintenance buyers.
  • Multi-vertical book to build — hospitality to airports to CRE.
  • Path to Senior NAM, Strategic Accounts, or sales leadership for the right performer.

Who I'm looking for:

  • 3--8 years full-cycle B2B sales experience.
  • Proven wins with VP, director, or owner-level decision-makers.
  • Manufacturer NAM background (HVAC, plumbing, fixtures, water heaters, etc.) or B2B SaaS / PropTech / FacilitiesTech selling into commercial real estate.
  • Quota proof — President's Club, 100%+, or better.
  • Salesforce or HubSpot fluency.
  • Texas resident (Dallas-Ft. Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, etc.).
