Overview
We're looking for a Director of Digital to lead and unify ecommerce, growth, lifecycle, analytics, reporting, and digital operations across the business.
This role sits at the center of our growth engine and will partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape the next phase of the company. You'll be responsible for connecting acquisition, retention, ecommerce, reporting, and customer experience into a cohesive operating model that drives sustainable growth.
This is not a role where someone inherits a large team and simply manages it.
It's an opportunity to help architect what the future digital organization looks like, build the systems and reporting infrastructure that drive decision-making, and create the roadmap that powers the next chapter of the business.
We're looking for someone who can think strategically while remaining close enough to the work to drive meaningful execution and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Customer Acquisition
- Own digital growth strategy across paid media and emerging channels
- Drive customer acquisition efficiency, quality, and long-term value
- Manage agency and external partner relationships
- Partner closely with the creative and brand teams on testing and performance
Ecommerce & Conversion
- Own the overall ecommerce performance
- Lead conversion optimization roadmaps, UX, and testing initiatives
- Drive improvements in conversion rate, AOV, and customer experience
- Oversee the ecommerce technology stack and vendor ecosystem
Retention & Lifecycle
- Own lifecycle strategy across email and SMS
- Drive customer retention, repeat purchase behavior, and LTV growth
- Lead segmentation, testing, and retention initiatives across the customer journey
Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure and executive dashboards
- Establish KPI frameworks and performance reporting cadences
- Lead attribution, cohort analysis, forecasting, and unit economics discussions
- Translate data into actionable business decisions
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Lead internal and fractional digital resources
- Build scalable operating processes and planning rhythms
- Help shape the future digital organization as the business grows
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Planning, Operations, and Customer Experience
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in ecommerce, growth, or digital leadership roles
- Experience owning digital performance for a DTC brand
- Deep understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, paid media, analytics, and ecommerce operations
- Strong command of CAC, LTV, retention, attribution, and unit economics
- Experience managing agencies, consultants, and/or small teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
- Strong strategic thinker with a bias toward action and execution
Preferred
- Fashion, apparel, beauty, or premium consumer brand experience
- Experience scaling brands in the $10M-$50M revenue range
- Experience building reporting infrastructure and growth systems from the ground up
- Experience working directly with founders and executive leadership
